Airline officials are confident that passengers won't shun the plane once the grounded jet is approved to fly again by regulators around the world."I think we're going to see the customers come back pretty nicely," said Southwest President Tom Nelson, when asked if Southwest would offer discount fares to lure passengers back to the Max."It may be a month or two months, but they're going to come back. At this point, there's no notion of discounting Max flights.
