Carmen and Kenzo are fighting on Love Island.

Kenzo entered the villa as a bombshell with Jonah Allman and Emily Chavez. While the other two bombshells have since gone home, Kenzo remains and has continued his connection with Carmen. He even asked her to be his girlfriend during their first date, and she gladly said yes.
During Love Island USA's Casa Amor, Carmen only briefly got to know Robert "Rob" Kausch because he was persistent in getting to know her. However, she still slept outside instead of in a bed with him, and Kenzo made no attempts to get to know any of the female bombshells. When Carmen returned to the villa by herself, Kenzo was so happy to see her that he ran to her and picked her up before kissing her in front of everyone.
Carmen's Heart Rate Challenge Behavior Made Kenzo Upset During the latest Love Island USA episode, the islanders participated in the heart rate challenge. The challenge has islanders dressing up in pretty revealing costumes and dancing on each other to see which islander raises whose heart rate the highest. So far, Love Island USA season 5 only covered Hannah Wright and Carmen's dances.
It was clear from the look on his face that he wasn't enjoying any of it. He admitted during confessional that he felt disrespected and thought Carmen was taking it too far. He even wondered if she was purposely trying to make him mad by being very intimate with the other men. When she was done, and she went back inside to watch the guys from the balcony with Hannah, Kenzo confided in the male Love Island USA contestants.
Why The Heart Rate Challenge Could Lead To Carmen & Kenzo's Split Carmen and Kenzo have had no issues at the villa before the heart rate challenge and seemed like the perfect couple. They even seemed likely to make it to the finale with Hannah and Marco. Unfortunately, they might not recover from the challenge.
