As Prescott moves down the field in the workout, he’s twisting his hips over and over again. It essentially looks like he’s sticking his rear end to the side and up in the air. He also cocks his arm, as if he might be readying to throw. Garoppolo stayed stationary during his exercise, but he thrust his hips in the same exact manner.
But the body’s biggest muscles are in the core—like the gluteus maximus and the abdominal muscles—so engaging there is the most effective way to become an effective passer.
