You then go on Facebook and tell your friends and family about the wonderful experience you had, recommending the same retailer to those in the market for an appliance. , sponsored by Oracle, revealed that only one in five marketers identified omnichannel marketing as one of their largest ecommerce marketing investment priorities. And nearly half of respondents said their omnichannel marketing is below expectations.
