Personally, I’m partial to the Steep Ravine stairs going down, just because of the picturesque nature of the creek and moss and odd mix of uneven steps. But when you're running it, there’s nothing like cresting Cardiac and then flying down the other side. There's a moment where you're running along a perfect, slightly downhill trail with amazing views of the ocean — it’s wildly different than the redwoods you just came through or the ravine you're about to hit.
