ANN ARBOR -- Jim Harbaugh hasn’t spent much time at his weekly press conferences discussing Michigan’s next opponent. He said nothing about East Carolina nor UNLV, Michigan’s first two opponents, and very little about Michigan’s other matchups so far this season.
It was a reference to the NCAA’s policy on schools, teams, and coaches under investigation not making any public statements about the investigation. It’s a policy Harbaugh clearly dislikes. Harbaugh mentioned his “one-track mind” several times during Monday’s 15-minute press conference. He said the word “speculation” a lot too. And he cited the, after news of the allegations surfaced, in which he said he had no knowledge regarding his program “illegally stealing signals.”
