Cy-Fair Fire Department’s Dispatch Center was recognized by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch as an Accredited Center of Excellence for emergency fire and medical dispatching. This makes CFFD the 95th medical ACE and second fire ACE globally. Cy-Fair has one of only two dual-accredited centers in the state of Texas.
