We now know what it would look like if Rami Malek had a cameo on Mindhunter as one of the many serial killers interviewed during the show
Today, Netflix dropped the second season of Mindhunter, a show about two soothingly competent men trying to profile serial killers with the help of Anna Torv, who is great. Without spoiling anything, we can say with certainty that the series does not include a cameo from Academy Award–winning denture-wearer Rami Malek.
But! If the series did include a cameo from Rami Malek, perhaps in the role of one of the many serial killers the characters interview during the show, this is an accurate envisioning of what it might look like. The excellent tweet above cuts together Malek’s infamous ad for Mandarin Oriental, in which he seems to be reading cue cards at gunpoint, with the eerie Mindhunter music and clips from the show.
