There's a lot you don't know when you walk into the theater to see Longlegs. It's scary—so scary that it's sent internet hype into overdrive. It's been compared to Silence of the Lambs, though with a modern, arthouse-horror sensibility and a few wicked twists. There's a killer and there's a young FBI agent on his tail. The rest is a mystery, and that's by design.
When you're filming, they usually tape a mic pack to the inside of the shirt, but for that particular scene, I'm wearing a white button-down blouse, so they had to tape it onto my skin so that the mix didn't pick up the sound of the fabric rustling. So it was taped to the middle of my chest. When we were filming, nobody heard anything out of the ordinary on their headphones. The director had no idea.
