WATSONS was excited to present its second sustainability art competition, 'Reimagine, recycle for a better future,' held at drybrush Gallery in SM Mall of Asia last August 8.This initiative was part of Watsons ' ongoing sustainability efforts, guided by its three-part action plan that focuses on the planet, the people they work with and the communities they serve, as well as the product innovations and sustainable choices.
Noli Española, with his artwork titled 'Alay sa Inang Kalikasan' , was chosen as the grand winner for his innovative use of mixed media. Sven Wilbur Lim, who placed as the runner-up with 'A Cinderella story,' utilized mixed media with resin. Both winners received cash prizes of P100,000 and P50,000, respectively, along with P10,000 and P8,000 worth of Watsons Sustainable Choices products.The artworks were on display from Aug.
