Years of litigation over land near Medina Lake come to an end.

The Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District — which sued the BMA, asking the court to declare that the BMA has no jurisdiction in Bandera County — is expected to dismiss its lawsuit this month. In its resolution, the BMA said it does not concede that it ever adopted, published or enforced the rules stated in a document cited during the litigation.
