On Facebook Monday, The Hunger Games released its first teaser for the prequel "The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes."
The chilling teaser showed a gold snake slithering toward a gold bird on a tree while shedding snow from themselves. "You're invited to return to the Games," said in the trailer. "In 2023, the world will discover who is a songbird and who is a snake." Based on the novels by Suzanne Collins, "The Hunger Games" is set in a dystopian post-apocalyptic future where tributes are chosen to compete in a televised fight to the death.prequel in 2020, which follows the story of Coriolanus Snow, who would become the tyrannical Panem President.
Just in time for its 11th anniversary, the 'The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes' will be out in the cinemas in November 2023.
