WATCH: KimSeoHyung Abandons Her Real Self For Fake Happiness In Upcoming Drama
Based on the Japanese novel of the same name by Mitsuyo Kakuta, “Paper Moon” is a thriller drama which revolves around a woman named Yoo Yi Hwa who lived a comfortable life without deprivation and desire. Her ordinary daily life becomes irrevocably twisted as she starts working as a contract employee at a bank.will take on the role of Yoo Yi Hwa, a housewife with a husband who doesn’t seem interested in her.
The newly released poster features Yoo Yi Hwa staring somewhere with a sad expression under the hazy moonlight. The text that reads, “I abandon the real me for fake happiness,” adds to the subtle atmosphere of the poster. In the teaser for “Paper Moon,” which was released along with the poster, Yoo Yi Hwa says, “Can I betray my real life for fake happiness?” The appearance of Yoo Yi Hwa facing a young man standing across the road arouses viewers’ curiosity.“Paper Moon” is set to premiere in April this year.
