BEREA, Ohio – A Lyndhurst man, 23, was arrested Aug. 9 after he led Berea police on a high-speed vehicle chase, then crashed his car in Cleveland..
After pumping gas, the man drove onto Sheldon Road, then turned right onto northbound Ohio 237. Polie activated their overhead lights and siren. The man slowed initially but didn’t stop. The man re-entered I-90 eastbound at Superior Avenue and East 30th Street. He drove around Dead Man’s Curve and accelerated again to more than 100 mph.
