ADVISORYClasses in schools located in Pasig City are suspended tomorrow, July 26, 2023, due to Typhoon Egay.This is in accordance with Department of Education Order No. 37, s. 2022, adopted in Pasig City through Executive Order No. 43, s. 2022, as Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is still raised over Metro Manila as of 11:00PM today.Taguig City’s announcement.
Photo from the Official FB Page of the LGUMalabon CityBased on the 5 a.m. cyclone update of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Egay made landfall over Fuga Island in Aparri, Cagayan around 3 a.m. on Wednesday.The state weather bureau also said that Egay is moving 20 kilometers per hour , packing maximum sustained winds of 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 240 kph.
