BANGKOK, Thailand —President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. does not believe the upcoming visit of US Vice President Kamala Harris to Palawan will further fuel the tensions between Philippines and China, saying it will not cause problems.During a media interview here on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit on Saturday, Nov. 19, Marcos said Harris will just merely visit a territory of the country.

According to the Philippine Coast Guard , Harris will receive a briefing on the PCG’s current maritime operations.
