Alligator sighting at Sea Rim State Park in southeast Texas captured on video by fishing enthusiast Hunter Ham.

Ham described the trip as a normal day on the beach, finding massive seashells and as they were leaving the family noticed the alligator lounging on the beach, enjoying a snack.“I was like, ‘Oh my goodness, I gotta go look at this thing’. My family had stayed in the truck at first and I got out and took a picture,” Ham said.
“I could tell it was a massive redfish in his mouth. I don’t know where the rest of the body went,” Ham said. “But that’s all I can see and he just slowly started gulping it down.”“The alligator kind of looked like a statue as it wasn’t moving at all when I first walked up to it. I knelt to get a better look and could tell its mouth was open and there was a circular object in it,” Ham said. “From a distance, the first thought was that it was a turtle.
