On Wednesday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Vin said he felt relieved that Aljur now had the strength to do that despite the bashers. "Honestly, nung nakita ko 'yon, I'm happy," he said, adding that Aljur has been through a lot recently. "Sino bang nakakaalam ng lahat ng mga nangyayari sa kanya with all the stress na binabato sa kanya ng buong Pilipinas, ng buong mundo?""Nakikita ko 'yung comments, everybody getting mad at him, 'Sana mangyari sa 'yo 'to,' ganyan. Well, it's not nice. He's also my brother. Tao lang din siya like all of us," he said.
