But that is only part of what happened. Police and witnesses say everything started during a sideshow at this intersection in front of the store.This is what was heard on the police scanner: "At one point, we saw a white truck drive into the sideshow and all the kids from the sideshow went and grabbed him out of the truck and started destroying his vehicle," said one woman.The Target store in Vallejo remains closed as arson investigators work to recover surveillance video and search for a suspect following store fire.
