OAKLAND — A man killed in a shooting Friday night at an East Oakland business that left an employee wounded was identified by police Wednesday as 25-year-old Pablo Garcia Jr..The shooting happened about 8:41 p.m. Friday inside the Ali Baba Smoke Shop, 10220 International Boulevard.
A 27-year-old woman who authorities said worked at the shop was wounded in the leg. She is recovering.Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $15,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the shooter.
