Asked then what the current Senate leadership should do, the former senator said Zubiri must set the rule. “Show displeasure with what’s happening. I don’t want to lecture on him. He knows what it takes. What’s important is that he should realize, and I’m sure he does, that this kind of situation, you can’t go on,” he advised the Senate leader.
