at Robb. Five campus officers who were part of the botched law enforcement response to the shooting have been assigned other duties pending the outcome of an investigation into their performance by an outside firm hired by the district in October.
The proposed site is next to Dalton Elementary School off Leona Road. Committee members said it had the fewest downsides of the three possible sites they considered. The board decided months ago that Robb would be demolished. On Wednesday night they recommended that a separate committee be formed to decide what exactly should happen to the site.
“Robb school has been there a long time, and has been the hub and energy of the neighborhood for many years,” he said.
