Howard Friedman, currently COO of Post Holdings will join UTZ as CEO on Dec. 15. and will also serve as a member of the Utz board.
Lissette will be appointed as executive chairman of the board on Dec. 15. He has been with UTZ for 27 years.“During his tenure as CEO, Mr. Lissette oversaw a decade of significant accomplishments, including sales growth that nearly tripled to reach over $1.3 billion, Utz’s debut as a public company, and the completion of six acquisitions since the company’s public listing in 2020,” the company said in a news release.
