Police believe two children’s lives are in danger after a mother reportedly fled with her infant and toddler Wednesday morning after losing custody of them during a court hearing.
A statewide Amber Alert for the missing children was issued out of South Salt Lake just before 2 p.m. Wednesday, which identified them as 2-month-old Aaron Murrilo and 2-year-old Oaklee Murillo Beccerra.

The Murillos picked up the older children from school in a gray 1999 Dodge Durango with black rims and no license plate, police said. They could also be traveling in a tan 2004 Ford Explorer with a missing front passenger hubcap and a license plate reading “4R4KV.”The mother is described as 5-foot-4 and 110 pounds. She has brown hair and was wearing a black jacket and purple or pink pants.
