The University of the Philippines-Diliman issued a traffic advisory for the two-day UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) on June 3, Saturday, and June 4, Sunday. | ManilaBulletin
According to the university, motorists and commuters can expect heavy traffic as one-way and two-way lanes will be observed inside the campus.
Motorists traveling from Philcoa to Tandang Sora and U.P Town Center are advised to take the alternate route -- from Quezon Hall to Kalaw, and exit at Katipunan Ave.Meanwhile, Carlos P. Garcia Ave. is open for entrance, exiting from Commonwealth, Tandang Sora, and Philcoa.
