Two companies, Perdue Farms and Tyson Foods, are seeing scrutiny from the Department of Labor, something first reported by the New York Times.
New York Times Magazine. At the Perdue location, they also reportedly had to deal with discarded chicken parts, blood and other substances as part of their duties.
Similarly, a Perdue spokesperson told FOX Business the company had not received notification of the DOL probe but "plan to cooperate fully with any government inquiry on this matter."
