Two prisoners from San Diego County are suspected of killing a fellow inmate in a Sacramento County prison, state officials said Sunday.
The most recent incident occurred about 2:15 p.m. Saturday at California State Prison, Sacramento in Folsom. Roach, also 33, received a 12-year prison sentence in 2019 for seriously beating a fellow inmate in a San Diego County jail,. During the beating, Keith Vincent Gill, 58, suffered a skull fracture and several facial fractures, fell into a coma and later died, county officials said.
