MANILA, Philippines — Two fishermen were hurt after a fire hit a fishing vessel before submerging off Cuyo, Palawan, the Philippine Coast Guard said on Tuesday. PCG-Eastern Palawan personnel and elements of Cuyo Municipal Police Station responded after FV Victory 89 caught fire on Monday.“Ngunit matapos ang ilang oras na pagaapula ng apoy, ang nasabing fishing vessel ay tuluyan nang lumubog,” the Coast Guard Eastern Palawan said in a Facebook post.
