Two people were found dead Wednesday morning at a Highland Park apartment building and a person of interest was taken into custody, according to police.
A third person was in the unit and was taken into custody as a person of interest, the release said. Police said there is no known threat to public safety from this incident.The identities of the deceased have not been released, nor that of the person in custody.
According to websites, the unit is in the Albion Highland Park development. The city said it was working with the management company to provide support to tenants.
