Two children were in the home when the shooting occurred Tuesday, according to police officials.

TUCSON — A Tucson man killed himself after fatally shooting his wife and adult stepdaughter in a home, police said.

Officers responded to the home just after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of East Glenn Street and North Craycroft Road and found three people dead inside – all with gunshot trauma, according to a Tucson Police Department news release. Two children were in the home when the shooting occurred Tuesday, but they were unharmed and ran to the home of a neighbor who called 911, police said in the statement. The ages of the children were not released.

Police identified the man and two women as Christopher Myers, 40; Timeki Regina Myers, 43, and Aloria Bingham, 20. "After investigating the incident throughout the day, detectives concluded that Christopher Myers had shot and killed his wife, Timeki Myers, and his step-daughter, Aloria Bingham before turning the gun on himself and taking his own life," the release stated.
