A Trump-appointed federal judge could preside over the former president’s arraignment in Miami on Tuesday.
“I think you may have the appearance of impropriety and just the appearance alone should dictate that she recuse herself,” saidDuring a raid at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, the FBI seized classified documents from when he was president in the White House.Cannon was originally born in Cali, Colombia, and is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Michigan law school and is a member of the Conservative Federalist Society.
