-Starting Tuesday, November 8, at 10:00 am, the City of St. Augustine will provide free sandbags until 5:00 pm or until the supply is depleted at Francis Field, located at 25 West Castillo Drive. The sand and the bags are free of charge and there is a limit of 20 bags per person. Members of the public must provide their own transportation and shovels and are responsible for filling their own bags.-The Historic Downtown Parking Facility in St.

-Residential recycling in St. Augustine will not be collected this week, but will resume on Thursday, November 17 and Friday, November 18.
