The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Thursday created a tracker team to look for a missing Chinese national allegedly involved
“We received a report yesterday that there is allegedly a missing Chinese national from the Pasay raid site in Rivendell,” DOJ spokesman Mico Clavano said in an interview.
Clavano said the tracker team will include members of the National Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Immigration’s Fugitive Search Unit .He said the missing Chinese national was among the 27 people who were recommended to be charged for violation of the Cybercrime Prevention Act.“We don’t have a complete handle on all the exit and entry points.
According to him, they must determine who was guarding the room of the missing Chinese as members of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission, the Philippine National Police, the NBI, and FSU were present.“They informed me that they don’t have in their custody one of the respondents who is supposed to be in detention,” the lawyer said.
