Based on observation at the Constitutional Court in Jakarta, until midday on Saturday , the number of parties that have registered to dispute at the MK is only 16 cases. The cases consist of one dispute case regarding the presidential election and 15 dispute cases regarding the legislative election.
In a previous conversation, MK Spokesperson Fajar Laksono Suroso estimated that election participants would only register disputes at the last hour. At this time, the Constitutional Court opened all existing registration tables to serve election participants who submitted PHPU applications, either directly or via the internet .
