Caitlin Clark is expected to make her WNBA debut when the Indiana Fever visit the Dallas Wings on Friday, May 3 for the preseason opener.
WFAA's Jonah Javad sat down with Wings President and CEO Greg Bibb to discuss the Caitlin Clark phenomenon and how the WNBA stand to benefit.
Tickets for that game, along with all other Wings single-game tickets, went on sale to the general public on Thursday at 10 a.m. And with tickets subject to"dynamic pricing," which raises the prices according to demand, it didn't take long for prices to soar.There might have been some initial confusion for buyers when tickets went on sale at 10 a.m.
When going to the Dallas Wings website, the link to the preseason game put users in a loop that never went to the actual ticket page. WFAA found the link by going to the single game ticket for another regular season game, clicking on the utatickets.com logo in the top left-hand corner, then scrolling down to find the preseason matchup between the Fever and Wings.
