A San Antonio man was arrested after he allegedly stole nearly $1,000 during a three-day armed robbery spree, the Department of Justice said.
Investigators said Kirkwood stole about $915 from five stores across San Antonio from Jan. 28 to 31. During the investigation, officials believed the robberies were committed by the same person based on a distinctive two-door Chevrolet Silverado, like one that Kirkwood owned, being seen at all the crime scenes, the complaint said.
