Between Cinco de Mayo, First Friday, Suns and a Diamondbacks game, an officer working traffic downtown said about 60,000 people visited downtown.On Friday, Billingsley along with his team, were setting up the stage at the corner of 2nd and Roosevelt streets for First Friday.
