Southern California Edison did not have an estimated response time for outages on Saturday. LADWP said that outages could take up to 12 hours to address. A blizzard warning is in effect in the mountain areas until 4 p.m. Saturday, with the storm expected to taper off. Sunday should be dry and cool.
