The Browns are finally getting some respect from the media after so much apathy.
The Cleveland Browns won 11 games last season in spite of sifting through five different starting quarterbacks, so you would think people would be significantly higher on them heading into 2024.Whatever the case may be, most fans, media pundits and oddsmakers are projecting Cleveland to be more toward the middle of the pack this season, so basically on the fringe of making the playoffs.
Watson appears to be full speed ahead for the season opener, but whether or not he will actually be 100 percent right off the bat remains to be seen. It's also worth noting that Watson has not truly had a great campaign since 2020, when he led the NFL with 4,823 passing yards as a member of the Houston Texans. He sat out all of 2021 before being dealt to the Browns.
