The Hyundai Ioniq 6 is the world car of the year and the Kia EV6 GT is the world performance car of the year for 2023.
Ioniq 6 starts at $41,600 in the U.S., and comes standard with a suite of impressive technology, such as twin 12.3-inch screens. In its longest-range trim, the Ioniq 6 can go up to 361 miles per charge, while it can churn out up to 320 hp in its highest-power, twin-motor specification.Meanwhile, the Kia EV6 GT is based on the same platform, but it can deliver up to 576 hp and 545 lb-ft of torque. That allows it to reach 60 mph in just 3.
The Lucid Air, another electric vehicle, is produced in the U.S. and delivers impressive power and range figures at a higher price. In its highest-performance guise, it delivers more than 1,200 hp and can reach 60 mph in less than two seconds, all while delivering a luxury experience inside. Although the Citroën C3 is much slower and less tech-focused than the above vehicles, it is also much smaller and cheaper. Intended primarily for the South American and Indian markets, it delivers plenty of practicality and style at a sensible price.
