The Super Mario Bros. Movie Peacock release date has been set for August 3, 2023, meaning fans won’t have to wait too long to check out the film if they haven’t seen it yet. Alongside the film’s release on Peacock, it was also announced that the film will get a handful of bonus features that fans can check out in Peacock’s app, including:THE SUPER MARIO BROS.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie was directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic from a screenplay written by Minions: The Rise of Gru scribe Matthew Fogel. It was produced by Chris Meledandri for Illumination and Shigeru Miyamoto for Nintendo. Despite receiving mixed reception from critics, the adaptation still became one of this year’s biggest movie releases. So far, it is currently the highest-grossing movie of 2023, with a worldwide gross of over $1.3 billion at the box office.
