“Get ready for more of the hilarious adrenaline ride that is The Righteous Gemstones,” executive vice president of HBO Programming and head of HBO and Max comedy series Amy Gravitt stated. “As this truly biblical season comes to a close on Sunday night, I am delighted to announce that we are picking up a fourth season.”“The Righteous Gemstones tells the story of a world-famous televangelist family with a long tradition of deviance, greed, and charitable work,” reads Season 3’s synopsis.
The Righteous Gemstones is a production by Rough House Pictures. McBride, David Gordon Green, Jeff Fradley, Jody Hill, Brandon James, John Carcieri, are executive producers.
