Katniss Everdeen watched several District tributes die during both her times in the arena in The Hunger Games, but she was especially impacted by the death of Cecelia in the Quarter Quell. This was a minor character who was only briefly shown on screen in the Hunger Games movies. In truth, she wasn't even featured much more in the books.
