January 06, 2020 - 14:22 GMT Sharnaz Shahid Alex Jones has revealed she has"mixed feelings" as she prepares to return to The One Show after being on maternity leave for almost a year. To mark her highly-anticipated return to the green sofa, the 42-year-old shared a gorgeous black-and-white photo with her two young sons, two-year-old Teddy and seven-month-old Kit."Back to work today," she wrote on Instagram on Monday morning."So many different feelings.

And I'm going to miss you all very much indeed. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
