Music, almost always Frank Sinatra, bellowed from speakers — two in the ceiling of the porch and two under the porch — from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. everyday during the summer months. “When you’re dealing with multiple family members, some are ready to move on and some aren’t,” Ward said.
