There is also an enclosed outdoor pool, rather small than the main pool but in the sun it felt like we could have been on a sunny, European break. This formal fine-dining experience is lead by ex-Ritz chef, Michael Nizzero and his affinity with food and flair for flavours is evident in both presentation and taste. Perhaps the nicest surprise of all was a nostalgic taste of childhood when dessert came in the form a salted caramel fondant that tasted like a warm, moist Whether's Original - albeit slightly fancier.
