The upcoming Star Wars thriller The Acolyte has gained yet another cast member, as Variety is reporting that Manny Jacinto has been cast.
, will join Lee Jung-jae and Jodie Turner-Smith — both of whom were also just cast in the series — in an as-of-yet undisclosed role. Production onis set to begin sometime later this year in London, with the series still lacking an official release date.
is described as a mystery-thriller that will take viewers into a galaxy of shadowy secrets and emerging dark-side powers that will be set within the final days of the High Republic era. Further details about its characters haven’t been revealed yet, but the project title references a Sith in the beginning stages of their training under an experienced Sith Lord.
