Thai actor Wachirawit “Chimon” Ruangwiwat, 24, took a break from his career due to depression.
His agency, GMMTV, announced on June 27, “We at GMMTV regret to inform you that ‘Wachirawit Ruangwiwat,’ a GMMTV actor, has decided to take a break from his work commitments due to health reasons, as explained in his recent post on X." The announcement by Thai agency GMMTV about actor Wachirawit “Chimon” Ruangwiwat On June 24, Chimon explained why he had to withdraw from the Love Out Loud Fan Fest 2024 concert.
“At that time, I was suffering from ‘depression,’” he said, adding that because of his condition, he needed to undergo treatment. “But as of now, my condition has improved a lot. The treatment was quite smooth. Thank you for the support from everyone. However, I am still in the process of healing. I still need to take care of myself continuously under the guidance of your doctor to make me ready to come back to work fully,” he said. GMMTV also announced that Chimon and his BL screen partner Tanapon “Perth” Sukumpantanasan “have mutually agreed to end their work as a pair.
“This decision will allow them to focus on their individual career paths. This announcement is made in accordance with the intentions of both Perth and Chimon. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all fans for their continued support of both artists. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will continue to support Perth and Chimon in their future endeavors,” added GMMTV.
