Technology usually makes our lives easier. But when it comes to parking at apartment complexes, many have found the online registration process makes them feel targeted by tow truck companies.In a follow-up to a FOX 4 investigation, now the advisory board for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation plans to discuss the issue at its next meeting.
