The Texas House on Wednesday overwhelmingly passed a bill that repeals the state sales tax on diapers, period products, baby wipes and other similar materials.
, by Austin Democratic Rep. Donna Howard, passed on the House floor and now head to the Senate, where it is unclear if the chamber will approve the bill or make any changes.
